Typical content packed in: Folding boxes
The solid board folding box has been designed for recycling using a light, strong and fully natural coated CKB board and a cellulose film window. The design of choice can be conical or cubical, with auto bottom or fully erected. The box is executed with the ventilation holes to serve optimum shelf life. High graphic printing of the box allows for impact on the shelf. The box is in use for stone fruit (apples, cherries, pears, plums).
The solid board folding box is designed for optimum shelf life of wild chanterelles from the Swedish and Norwegian forests. The box is produced using solid board and a film window. The specific perforation pattern allows for optimum moisture control of the mushrooms in the box. High graphic printing of the box allows for impact on the shelf.
The solid board folding box is produced using PET coated solid board and PET film window. The PET components render the box suitable for cooking (oven and microwave). The box is executed with perforations to allow for controlled release of steam generated during the cooking process. High graphic printing of the box allows for impact on the shelf. The box is in use for cooking potatoes, broccoli and brussel sprouts.
The solid board folding box is used to pack produce and meal ingredients. The box is produced from solid board, supplied flat, with an autolock bottom. The film windows allow a view on the quality of the content. Customers stock a general printed box, which is customised with a printed self adhesive label for branding and cooking instructions. Meal kit concepts are adopted by retailers to capitalise on growing consumer interest in ‘fresh and healthy convenience’ meals.
The ‘Taste Trail’ folding box is produced from fluted cardboard. The box is used for packing fresh produce and complimentary meal ingredients. The box is supplied flat with an autoblock bottom. The diecut pattern on the front and back allows for a view on the quality of the content. Customers stock general printed boxes and customise the box by using a printed banding to wrap one or two sides of the box. Meal kit concepts are adopted by retailers to capitalise on growing consumer interest in ‘fresh and healthy convenience’ meals.
