Our recruitment process at NNZ explained

• Step 1: If we see a match after the cv selection, you’ll have a (video) call with our HR manager to share more about what you can bring to the team and we ask for current notice period and salary expectations;
• Step 2: Are both sides still positive? Then we proceed to the assessment stage to determine if you have the necessary skills for the job;
• Step 3: Next up is an in person interview with the hiring team to get to know you better and dive into more detail of your skills and how you are going to make an impact;
• Final Step: Lastly you’ll have a conversation with C-level.
